480 math word problems covering grades 1-8 are solved over the internet. Problems are generated with random numbers and solved using pictures. Each problem's picture solution changes to correspond to the random numbers generated. This insures that students learn the solution and the skill underlying it while not memorizing the answer. Problems can be chosen by category, grade level, individually, or automatically by diagnostic test. A diagnostic test can be given to determine grade levels and strengths and weaknesses. Problems and test questions are organized by objectives so that skills mastered/not mastered are clear. To insure the most value for your money subscriptions are used. When a student finishes the program, you simply cancel your subscription. Why pay a big fee for a program to sit on your shelf? Since this program works on the internet, problems started on one computer such as at school, can be finished at home. There is no need to carry CD's or disks from home to school. Everything is downloaded and saved on the internet. The content of the word problems include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, proportions, and percents. Complex combinations of these are also available. Unlimited free trial. Subscriptions are available for students and teachers and can be purchased by the month or year. Teacher subscriptions for 5 and 50 students are available. School subscriptions with an unlimited number of teachers and students are also available. In addition, your school can purchase Internet Math to run on its own server. To see and try this for free go to http://www.internetmath.net. Internet Explorer is required.
